In 2013, Steve started Guelph General Maintenance and Repair as a sole proprietorship. By 2016, Ryan had completed his honours business at Wilfrid Laurier University and was ready to join the business full-time. Together, a partnership was formed called GGM (Guelph General Maintenance) and a small team was created. As the customer base of the GGM continued to grow, so did the team and equipment base. Fast-forward to 2025: our family and team have grown and we are now incorporated with an expanding list of commercial and residential clients!

Together, as Brothers, we aim to continue to work with the community to help businesses and residents with their landscaping and maintenance long into the future, keeping properties looking beautiful in the summer months and safe in the harsh Canadian winter months. We will always strive to provide pristine service at a reasonable and competitive price and although we have switched our name from GGM to Brothers LPM, we are adamant about keeping the original GGM&R slogan, created by Steve, which has been our motivation from Day 1:
